12b was completed in 2018 on the corner of 12th and Bluemont and consists of 37 units. Together, with a connector built to 11b, there will be 70 units and 172 bedrooms.

Additionally, there will be a total of 129 tenant parking spaces. The buildings are four stories tall and will be known as the gateway to Aggieville along Bluemont Avenue.

Demolition is required of two single-family residences and a 12-unit apartment building that is currently occupied. Deferred maintenance issues have deemed the two homes unoccupied.

11b will be completed in August 2020 according to Back 9 Development, Inc.
