Local Brokerage Launches Commercial Real Estate Division

(Manhattan, Kansas, January 30th, 2019 – Press Release)

Alliance Realty — one of the top performing independent real estate brokerages in Manhattan — is launching a new commercial real estate division.

“As a full-service real estate firm, this has always been something we’ve provided our clients for several years under the same umbrella as our successful residential team,” broker and co-owner Derek Richards said. “With the birth of Alliance Commerical, we can continue to provide that expertise to our clients who are buying and selling commercial real estate, but will also expand into leasing services.”

Alliance has a team of 14 licensed Realtors with extensive experience in multi-family residential, retail/office, industrial/warehouse and storage unit commercial properties.

“Just as we’ve always done with our residential clients, we hope to take our consultant approach to the commercial real estate market,” co-owner Greg Shosa said.

Shosa continued, “When you work with an Alliance Commercial Realtor, it’s about more than just facilitating a transaction.  It’s about helping you solve problems and ultimately helping you make more money for your business.”

Richards and Shosa started Alliance Realty in 2010.  The agency has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate since then and is consistently one of the highest producing firms in the market.
