Varney & Associates, CPAs Breaks Ground on Downtown 18,000 Sq Ft Facility

Varney & Associates, CPAs, along with BHS Construction and a crowd of Manhattan supporters gathered together today to break ground on a new facility downtown Manhattan located at 1501 Poyntz Avenue.

The CPA firm was founded nearly 60 years ago and has two offices in Kansas. With over 50 employees and owners, Varney & Associates has grown to serve over 2,400 clients with their home office in Manhattan.

“We started in 1959 and are going to be even stronger in 2019. Full steam ahead,” said Varney & Associates founder, T. William Varney.

This new facility on Poyntz Avenue will be approximately 18,000 square feet, 125 feet long and includes two stories of office space. There will be nearly 55 individual offices and several conference rooms throughout the new facility, including 41 off street parking spaces.

CEO of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Lyle Butler said, “This building will be a great addition to Poyntz Avenue.”
