Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que Announces Closing

Staff and management were notified on Sunday, September 30th, that they would no longer have to fulfill their employment duties at Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que in Manhattan.

According to a post on the business’ Facebook page this evening, Famous Dave’s in Manhattan, located at 910 Commons Place, has closed its doors for good after more than a decade.

”On Saturday, September 29th, 2018 we closed our doors for the last time. Thank you to the wonderful community in Manhattan, Kansas for your 13 years of patronage.”

Since 2013, more than 50 Famous Dave’s restaurants have closed nationwide due to sales and profit pressure.
