Panera will be opening on 325 E Poyntz Ave in the former Sirloin Stockade location near Highway 24. This location will include a drive-through.
This will be the second Panera location in Manhattan.
Raising Cane’s Chicken will also be opening their first location in Manhattan on 325 E Poyntz Ave in the former Sirloin Stockade location near Highway 24. Cane’s Chicken will be next to Panera and will include a drive-through.
Spirit Master Funding VIII, LLC, is the property owner, and the former buffet restaurant building will be torn down to make room for the two new restaurants.
Cowboy Chicken will be opening soon their first Manhattan loctaion at 322B Southwind Place near Target and Pier 1. The restaurant is claimed as a “Texas-inspired” fast-casual concept, whose motto is “food as honest as a handshake.”
The restaurant serves wood-fired rotisserie chicken that has been cooked for two to three hours over locally sourced hardwood on a fire-roasted spit that is visible to guests. It also has made-from-scratch side dishes, such as corn fritters and fried okra. Diners order at a counter. There’s also catering, delivery and carryout.
